Complete this inquiry form below. Afterwards, our Director of Enrollment will be in contact with you to schedule a date for you and your family to tour our campus. We believe that the best connection happens in-person. We want to meet you and we want you to meet us!
Step 2: Complete application and entry-level testing
After your tour, the next step is to complete our official application. You can complete application by clicking here. After you complete application, a time and date will be given to you for student’s entry-level testing. There is a $50 testing fee. Testing fee is due by the date of your student’s test. Fee may be paid in cash, check, or credit card in the main office. Fee is non-refundable.
Step 3: Follow-up conversation with principal
After the principal receives your student’s testing data, she will reach out to you to schedule a follow-up conversation.
Step 4: Officially enroll online
After conversation with principal, the principal will send you a link to officially enroll your student at Deer Creek for classes. There is a $250 enrollment fee. Fee can be paid here or in the main office.
Step 5: Submit documents
The final step is to submit a copy of your student’s birth certificate and a copy of current immunization records, or a new physical if your student is entering Kindergarten or 6th grade. Welcome to Deer Creek!
