Bring people of all ages to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and to challenge Christians to a deeper spiritual commitment to Christ and the church through Bible-centered programs.

Method
To communicate, exemplify and live out the Gospel of Grace through the ministries of summer camp, retreats, discipleship training and outreach.  Camp LRCA is 148 acres of God's glory nestled in the countryside of Northwest Indiana about 45 minutes from the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore. The camp is located just around the corner from the Star Plaza Theater in Merrillville, Indiana; Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, IN; and just 55 minutes from Chicago, IL.

Camp LRCA had it's humble beginnings back in 1925 in Cedar Lake, Indiana as Lake Region Christian Assembly. Now known as Camp LRCA, we are a non-denominational Christian Youth camp with over 60 churches represented by the campers and staff. We are dedicated to exalting Jesus Christ, proclaiming His Good News, and sharing His grace with all those we come in contact with.  We seek to capitalize on the element of change in the lives of campers and staff alike. This is accomplished by providing an opportunity to step out of "this world," away from the noise and into a quiet, grace-filled atmosphere filled with tons of fun, great food, and amazing fellowship.
